Altha Town Council members Shane Eagleston and Martha Glory, along with Ruth Attaway and Altha Police Chief Jimmy Baggett all have birthdays in February and celebrated together with a reception at Altha Town Hall before last week’s special workshop. The gathering was also to honor Ruth Attaway for her efforts overseeing a financial review of the town and establishing new policies and procedures to keep the community solvent in the future.
