Clarksville Collision

A Tallahassee motorcyclist was injured in a collision with an SUV in Clarksville Thursday afternoon. According to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, Timothy D. Blackwell, 36, of Panama City was heading east on SR 20 before making a turn onto Hwy. 73 north when he pulled into the path of a westbound motorcycle. The collision knocked William Patrick Cox, 42, off his bike, sending him about 15 feet before landing on the pavement, according to Sheriff Glenn Kimbrel, who added that Cox was wearing a helmet.
