Jerry and Diane Hatcher of Blountstown, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Hatcher to Justin Hardie Williams, the son of James and Irene Dailey, of Montgomery, AL.
The couple have planned an August 8, 2015 wedding at Thistle Dew Plantation in Clarksville and plan on residing in the Blountstown area.
