Calhoun County 4-H is offering two day camps in July for children ages 8-14. Both Day Camps, which include Cooking and Cake Decorating, will be held each Monday in July on July 6, 13, 20 and 27.
•Kids in the Kitchen Cooking Class will meet from 8 – 9:30 a.m. (CT). Each class day, children will prepare, cook and enjoy eating nutritious meals and desserts. Cost of the class is $15.
•Cake Decorating Class will meet from 9:30 – 11 a.m. (CT). Children will learn basic piping and fondant decorating skills. On the last class day, children will decorate a small cake with decorations they have made and have a small party. Cost of the class is $30.
Enroll in both classes and receive a $10 discount. For enrollment, please call the Calhoun County 4-H office at (850) 674-8323. Class sizes are limited, so enroll early.
4-H is open to ALL youth between the ages of 5-18 regardless of race, color, creed, nationality, ethnicity, gender, or disability.
